Onder impuls en sturende kracht van onze buurman Jean Vanderspikken en met de steun en hulp van enkele buren, slaagt Jean er in met duurzame materialen en recuperatie artikelen voor het derde jaar op rij mooie creaties te maken die de kerstbeleving voor onze woongemeenschap optimaal belichten. De tuin met kerstverlichting zichtbaar vanaf de Broeksteeg geeft dit extra weer.
